SKILLING YOUTH

As a mechanical unit with the roads department, it existed for years hiring out the government's fleet of construction equipment.
But as an entity with the mandate to set construction standards, CDCL is a young enterprise. Since its creation in 2009, youth have been at the core of it's initiatives to build a skilled national workforce.
Today, 10 years hence, youth continue to be at the forefront of the company's endeavours to set standards, venture into new areas and lead the Bhutanese construction industry.
Much of the achievements of the past decade has rested on the shoulders of young Bhutanese leading and building infrastructure projects.
