Township Development
We capture all aspects of a township development from the master plan to the financial analysis and the environmental strategies. We are currently focused on the Amochhu Land Development and Township Project (ALDTP), a very challenging riverfront township development project in Phuentsholing.
Hydro Power
We continue our journey of building our capacity in this sector. Exploratory drifting works are already underway and we have also acquired the tunnel works as we make headway to be the pioneer Bhutanese company to take on such works.
Project Management
We build, maintain and improve its operations through safe, reliable, innovative and cost effective service solutions. We have recently completed works for the Thimphu Tech Park and the Drukair customer service building in Thimphu under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model.
Design And Build
