The tender consisted of two phases; Phase I- Detailed Design work and phase Il-Bridge Construction work.<br><br>\n\nIn order to quality for Phase 1- Detailed Design Work, CDCL and M\/s Jangchu Yeshi Engineering Consultant (YEC) participated in tender as Joint Venture (V). <br><br>\n\nAfter the tender evaluation, the contract was awarded to CDCL at a contract price of Nu. 77,069,790.20 (Seventy-Seven Million Sixty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and Chh Twenty). CDCL received Letter of Acceptance on 19, March 2021. The Contract Agreement betseen CDCL and MoWHS was signed on 29H March 2021. <br<br>\n\nThe first-ever Reinforced Concrete Cement (RRC) bazam at Pangrizampa in Thimphu, blending modern technology with traditional architecture.<br><br>\n\nUsing predominantly local materials\u2014approximately 95 percent\u2014the bridge incorporates timber, cement, stones, granite, and other resources procured from various dzongkhags.<br><br>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
