The Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL) is seeking committed and experienced professionals to recruit for the following positions:

1	General Manager, Corporate Strategy Office	i. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BBA, B. Com, Eco). ii. Should have a minimum of 12 years active work experience after bachelor’s degree.	One	ToR_General Manager, Corporate Strategy Office	Contract for 4 years, and renewal based on performance.
2	Architect	i. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institute; and ii. Should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience after a formal degree.	One	ToR_Architect	Regular
3	Accounts Officer	i. Minimum B. Com/ BBA (Finance and/or Accounts) from a recognized institute; ii. Should have a minimum 8-year experience after formal degree; and	One	ToR_Accounts Officer	Regular
4	Dy. Accounts Officer	i. Minimum B. Com/ BBA (Finance and/or Accounts) from a recognized institute; ii. Should have a minimum of 4 years experience after formal degree; and	One	ToR_Dy. Accounts Officer	Regular
5	Surveyor	i. Minimum of Diploma in Surveying from an accredited Institute; and ii. Should have a minimum of 4 years experience after formal diploma	One	ToR_Surveyor	For a year contract, renewal is based on performance and requirements.
