The Construction Development Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from Bhutanese firms for the;

1. Supply & delivery of readymade Uniform with “CDCL” logo as per CDCL sample and safety boot with steel toe for FY- 2024
2. Annual Rate Contract for the office supplies, stationaries and toiletry items

• The complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased from the Employer’s Head Office, Thimphu or downloaded from the link below after payment of the non-refundable fee of Nu. 1500 (Hard Copy) and Nu. 1000 downloaded by the bidder for the Uniform NIT and for the ARC NIT Nu. 1000 & 500. The payment shall be made in Cash, Online or by Cheque in favour of the Employer,  Account Number 100904069 (CDCL).

•  The Employer shall not be responsible for the completeness of bidding documents if the bidders have downloaded the bidding documents.
• The Bid shall be submitted in favour of the General Manager, Procurement and Contracts Division, CDCL Head Office, Namtog Lam, Thimphu on or before December 18, 2023, 2:30 PM for the Uniform. For the Annual Rate Contract,  December 19 2023, 2:30 PM the bids shall be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM.
