Today marks a significant milestone in the journey of the Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL), a DHI Company, as we officially launched our Corporate Strategic Plan (CSP) 2026โ€“2035 at the CDCL Head Office.

The CSP 2026โ€“2035 outlines CDCLโ€™s vision for transformation and growth over the next decade, setting a clear direction for the Corporation to evolve into a modern, competitive, sustainable, and technology-driven engineering and construction enterprise aligned with DHIโ€™s 10X Roadmap and Bhutanโ€™s national development aspirations.

From its modest beginnings under the Department of Roads to becoming Bhutanโ€™s leading state-owned construction company, CDCL has continued to play a vital role in supporting the nationโ€™s socio-economic development through the successful delivery of strategic infrastructure projects across the country.

Recognizing the rapidly evolving infrastructure landscape, increasing competition, and emerging technological demands, the CSP provides a comprehensive roadmap to reposition CDCL for the future through innovation, operational excellence, diversification, sustainability, and institutional strengthening.
