The “CW 11: Construction of RCC 48 Housing Units with Site Development Works in Tsimalakha, Chukha” is being undertaken for the National Housing Development Corporation Limited with a total contract value of Nu. 136,587,377.80 (Ngultrum One Hundred Thirty-Six Million-Five Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand and Three Hundred Seventy-Seven and Chhe Fifty Ninety-Three). The agreement for the project was formally signed on 27th April 2026 (AnnexureI) with the project duration of 24 months including mobilization period.
