Construction of the STCBL Building at Phuentsholing

The “Construction of Regional Office Building, STCBL Phuentsholing” is being undertaken for the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Limited (STCBL) with a total contract value of Nu. 304,346,408.31 (Ngultrum Three Hundred Four Million Three Hundred Forty-Six Thousand and Four Hundred Eight and Chhe Thirty-One). The agreement for the project was formally signed on 16^th April 2026 (Annexure-I) with the project duration of 36 months and mobilization period of 15 days from the date of site handing taking.
