Construction of G+1 Office Building at Nyoenpaling Phuntshopelri, Samtse

The “Construction of G+1 Office Building at Nyoenpaling, Phuntshopelri, Samtse” is being undertaken for the State Mining Corporation Limited (SMCL) at Nyoenpaling, Phuntshopelri, Samtse with a total contract value of Nu. Nu. 23,274,050.53 (Ngultrum Twenty-Three Million Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Fifty and Chhe Fifty-Three). The contract agreement for the project was formally signed on 29^th April 2026 and subsequently the work order was issued on 18^th May 2026 (Annexure-I) with the project duration of 380 days from the contract commencement date.
