SAP Ariba is now live at Druk Holding and Investments Limited and Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL), marking a significant milestone in the Group’s digital transformation journey. The go‑live of this eProcurement system is a joint achievement, bringing DHI and CDCL onto a shared, unified platform for the first time.

 

This shift replaces fragmented manual processes with a connected system built to scale, delivering real time visibility into resources and spend, faster and more accurate procurement operations, and stronger, more transparent supplier relationships. Every contract signed, every supplier engaged, and every material sourced now flows through a system designed to ensure decisions are informed, efficient, and accountable.

 

The achievement reflects extraordinary teamwork. RISE, DHI’s Project Office, provided steadfast leadership and strategic guidance, while implementation partners Thimphu TechPark Limited and Zealous Systems brought invaluable technical expertise. Equal credit goes to the leadership, functional leads, and key users across DHI and CDCL whose commitment turned this milestone into reality.

 

“But this is not the finish line, it is the starting point.” The focus now shifts from implementation to adoption, and from project success to tangible business value. With a roadmap to expand SAP Ariba across all DHI Group companies by October, and future initiatives in SAP Sustainability and SAP AI already underway, this transformation will continue to evolve as part of DHI’s bold 10X journey toward a digitally integrated, future ready Bhutan.
