On November 19, 2024, we marked a significant milestone in the Khorlochhu Hydropower Project located in Doksum, Trashiyangtse, Bhutan, with the successful inaugural blasting for the Head Race Tunnel (HRT) and Chaplangchhu Diversion Works.

This important event was carried out with meticulous attention to safety and environmental standards, laying the groundwork for essential infrastructure. This step is crucial for paving the way towards a cleaner and greener future for the region and its beneficiaries.

The event was honored by the presence of Dasho Dzongda, along with CDCL officials, engineers, and community leaders, reflecting our collective commitment to sustainable development.
