The complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the Employer’s Head Office in Thimphu or downloaded from the link below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nu. 1000 for a hard copy or Nu. 500 for a downloaded copy. Payment can be made in cash, online, or by cheque in favor of the Employer, Account Number 100904069(CDCL).

The Employer shall not be responsible for any incomplete bidding documents obtained through download. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager, Procurement and Contracts Division, CDCL Head Office, Namtog Lam, Thimphu, no later than March 17, 2025, at 2:30 PM.
