The Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL) is pleased to announce the following vacancies:

  • Minimum B. Com/BBA/BBM.

  • At least 12 years of experience after bachelor’s degree including higher study period up to 18 months only.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading finance/accounting functions.

    Initial contract for 4 years’ and renewable based on performance
    1. Within pay scale of Nu. 51,640-1290-70,990 to be negotiated based on experience and skills set.


    2. Contract allowance 65% of Basic Pay.

    3. Fixed allowance 60% on minimum of the pay scale

    4. Communication allowance Nu. 1500 per month

    5. Fuel allowance Nu. 4000 per month

    6. Performance Based Variable Pay 31.67% to be paid annually based on company’s performance.

    7. Other benefits shall be entitled as per the company’s rules and regulations.

  • Minimum Bachelors of Civil Engineering.

  • At least 12 years of active work experience after bachelor’s degree including higher study period up to 18 months only.

  • Preference will be given to those with procurement and contracts management experience.
