Tashicholing Hospital Project
Samtse Dzongkhag Administration awarded the construction of the 20-bed hospital in Samtse to Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL). The scope of the work includes the construction of the Main Hospital building, three Service blocks, Landscaping works, Mechanical works, Electrical works, plumbing works, Fire alarm works and Gas piping works.
The two parties agreed to execute the work at a contract value of Nu. 500,000,000 (Ngultrum Five hundred million only). The contract agreement was signed on 25th March 2022.
The work shall be executed as Deposit Work which shall be construed to mean actual cost-plus contractor’s management fee CDCL shall charge a management fee of 20% on the actual cost.
