A Mid-Term Review Meeting was convened at CDCL's head office from July 17 to July 20, 2023. The main agenda was as follows:

1. Thoroughly review and report on the accomplishments of the Compact and TAS targets with respective deliverables.
2. Discussion on any proposed changes to the Compact/TAS, considering the implementation of the ODE recommendations.

The following training sessions were also held on days 3 and 4:

• Business Report Writing, Training
• on finance for No-Finance, Awareness of ODE Recommendations
• Performance Management System (PMS) and,
• Gencomm App
