Construction Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) would like to invite quotations from the prospective bidders (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Bidder’) for;

• Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of IT and Networking Systems at Tashicholing Hospital Project, Samtse.
• Operation and Maintenance Service

1. The complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased from the Employer’s Head Office, Thimphu or can be downloaded from the link given below after payment of the non-refundable fee of Nu. 2500.00 if bidding documents in hard copy are required and Nu. 2000.00 if the bidding document is downloaded by the bidder. 2. The Employer shall not be responsible for the completeness of bidding documents if the bidders have downloaded the bidding documents.
3. The Bid shall be submitted in favor of the General Manager, Procurement and Contracts Division, CDCL Head Office, Namtog Lam, Thimphu on or before August 25, 2023, 2:30 PM and the bids shall be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. The bid shall be valid 60 days from the date of opening of the bid (October 24, 2023).
4. The bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of Nu. 80,000.00 in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee/cash warrant/demand draft or as specified in the Bidding Document in favor of Construction  Development Corporation Limited. The BG should be issued by banks in Bhutan and should be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
